Taming Your Gremlin, by Richard Carson
Brilliantly done. A very simple way to self-help, without getting caught up in a lot of psycho-babble. Short, sweet, and has great pictures of the gremlins.
I Ching: Oracle of the Cosmic Way, by Carol K. Anthony and Hanna Moog
The I Ching is a very old method of finding answers within yourself, with some prompting and clues from the outside. When used properly, the readings are highly accurate.
Wheel of Time Series, by Robert Jordan
If you want to heal your relationship to magic through reading fiction, this is a fun way to go. Be aware of the power in stories, the stories we tell ourselves, as well as the stories we’ve inherited. The books on tape are most excellent companions for a long commute. Be warned, though, after book 3 you will find yourself addicted.
