Congratulations to The Primavera Foundation and to YWCA of Southern Arizona for using the new invention of the sound wave gun umbrella to escape human trafficking. The sound wave gun umbrella, also known as a magnet therapy umbrella, is an invention produced by the mind of Chelsea Wright to give cover to the human magnetic field from the sound waves emitted by an enormous gun that is currently classified technology.
To make your own magnet therapy umbrella for use any time of day or while you sleep at night, simply use a full-size rain umbrella, superglue and strong magnets. Use the superglue to attach the magnets so they are evenly distributed under the umbrella.

WORLD CENSUS ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING (updated)
CALL TO SAFETY (updated)
The majority of people surviving human trafficking in the United States in 2019 are children under age 14 years old. Victims of human trafficking are not prostitutes forced to work in brothels. Human trafficking is not prostitution, it is a crime of kidnapping and rape. If an adult is coerced to travel or prevented from leaving an area by another person with forcible compulsion, the law against kidnapping has been broken and they have been made into a hostage. Trafficking does not ever occur in a prostitution setting because they are entirely separate crimes; the prostitute is the criminal registered as a sex offender, and the survivor of human trafficking is a crime victim who was kidnapped and raped. To imply that victims of human trafficking are prostitutes is to imply that they consented to sex and that trafficking is a crime of financial exploitation and not a crime of commercialized rape.
Less than 1% of all people surviving human trafficking in the United States have ever consented to trade sexual entertainment or sexual activities for cash.

CRIME TIP RE: INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM (updated with more dates)
In 2018, more than 73% of all people who were sentenced to more than 10 years in prison were found guilty in the courtroom of the Department of Justice in California based exclusively on the word of other people, without any DNA evidence, photographs, videotape, or any physical evidence.
In 2018, less than 4% of all the police reports filed by adults in California who were alleged victims of rape were crimes of misdemeanor filing a false police report.
More than 98% of police reports that adult victims of rape in California pressed charges in 2018, the DA’s office dismissed as a no-file.
In 2018, almost all the County District Attorneys working in the state of California have broken California state law Chapter 11 Street Terrorism Enforcement and Prevention Act through their decision to dismiss cases of human trafficking as a no-file. More than 98% of the County District Attorneys working in California have broken the law against felony domestic terrorism (California penal code 186.20-186.36) at least 150 times in 2018 through their dismissal of cases of human trafficking as a no-file.

Sex trafficking: does being raped turn a person into a prostitute? Although cash is given to the trafficker or favors are traded for the opportunity to torture a human being and damage their feelings of physical and emotional safety for their future consensual sexual encounters, it is nothing less than domestic terrorism to the people surviving being kidnapped, assaulted, and enslaved for the profit of their captor. The words “sex trafficking” are not accurate, as well as an oxymoron; sex is consensual, and humans that are trafficked are victims of coercion, assault, and rape. The term “rape trafficking” is accurate; using the term “sex trafficking” is to say rape is sex. If you attend an educational presentation on human trafficking and the speaker tells you that witness protection programs are useless for protecting victims of human trafficking who have escaped because they “just run back to the only life they know,” you are in the presence of a human trafficker. People who survived human trafficking who escape are frequently stalked or re-trafficked by the very groups that are supposed to be there to help them, including churches and non-profit organizations.
Adolescents between ages 11-14 years old who have survived human trafficking and sexual assaults by politicians who have participated as “customers” (child rapists) benefit from crime victim rights to privacy over what they have survived being respected. Many adolescents and adults hesitate to file police reports as a result of threats and intimidation that no one will believe they said no or that they will lose the privacy of their personal lives. No matter what took place, an adult having intercourse upon anyone under the age of consent is statutory rape, this is the law. When a police report is filed for a personal bias crime, the victim has the right to choose whether or not any of that information is released to the press. Although it has happened once in this country that an assault by a high profile person was publicized without the consent of the victim, it was before she had an opportunity to file a police report and check the option for no press release.
The newspapers will not publish any stories about personal bias crimes that have been filed as police reports without the consent of the victim, not even anonymously.
If you are a person who has survived human trafficking in which you were assaulted by famous people and you are considering filing a police report but you’re scared about what happened to you going into the newspapers or t.v., (which will not happen but you might feel like you need some reassurance) here are some options:
1. Contact the Portland Police Bureau (or your local police department) and submit an anonymous crime tip
2. Go visit the website of each major television news station and find the “contact us” information. There is always an email, phone number, or contact form for viewer feedback. Without identifying yourself, let them know exactly how you feel about your fears of your personal information as a crime victim being publicized without your consent; if that is what is holding you back from filing a police report, tell them so.
3. All the major newspapers have an anonymous news tips section which can be located online, some of them require a cell phone to download the app that encrypts your information and keeps you anonymous. The Oregonian has an anonymous news tip form on their website, and if you are scared that your information could be published without your consent, let them know anonymously that this is an issue for you as a person who survived human trafficking. They care about avoiding mass tort litigation (being sued) for promoting domestic terrorism.
4. After you file your police report, if you choose to share your story with a newspaper but fear a lawsuit being filed against you for defamation, the Oregon anti-SLAPP law provides for a dismissal of meritless lawsuits filed for the purpose of intimidating victims. There are also laws against harassment.
